At Bensons for Beds they ensure every customer is guaranteed to have a great night's sleep. There is a minimum free five-year guarantee on beds, mattresses and furniture and most other new products including bedding, come with a 1 Year Guarantee, with nothing extra to pay.

Delivery
Bensons for Beds delivers to the room of your choice, with their crew checking the route in advance for any adjustments needed.
The team wears overshoes and gloves, and they’ll recycle packaging if requested.
Deliveries run Monday to Friday from 7 a.m., with a 2-hour window confirmed three days prior.
Delivery charges start at £39 for single items over £100 and £49 for two or more items, excluding smaller items like pillows and mattress protectors.
For orders under £100, the fee is £10.
40 Night Comfort Guarantee
At Bensons for Beds, the team understands that adjusting to a new bed can take time. If, after 5 nights of sleeping on your mattress, you find it isn’t completely comfortable, Bensons for Beds offers an exchange for a different model.
To qualify, a mattress protector must be used, and the entire process is designed to be quick and straightforward. Bensons for Beds simply asks that you try the mattress for a minimum of 5 nights, and please note that standard terms and a small charge apply.
Here are some key points about the Bensons for Beds exchange policy:
Bensons for Beds will exchange your mattress if, after at least 5 nights, it isn’t comfortable, with a maximum period of 40 nights for eligibility.
Proof of purchase is required, and you must use a mattress protector; with the BedGuard plan, Bensons for Beds provides one for free.
If a mattress was purchased with a frame or divan base, Bensons for Beds will only exchange the mattress, not the bed frame or base.
The exchange policy does not apply to refurbished items, clearance items, ex-display products, sofa beds, guest beds, and specific starter mattresses.
A 10% fee of the original bed’s value and a re-delivery charge apply for exchanges. If you select a higher-priced mattress, you’ll need to cover the difference. For specialist beds and VAT rebate adjustments, please contact Bensons for Beds at 0333 222 6800 to arrange inspection or registration.

If the replacement mattress you’ve chosen is similar in cost to your original purchased mattress but slightly cheaper - up to £100 cheaper - Mattress Online will give you the difference in credit to spend on the site.
For example, if you originally purchased a £500 mattress and swapped it for a £410 mattress, you will be given £90 credit to use on the site. If the difference in price is greater than £100, you will not have the opportunity to receive either credit or a refund.
Matress Online will collect your old mattress and deliver your new mattress as soon as possible, but this will depend on whether the replacement mattress you have chosen is in stock.
If your replacement mattress is in stock, their Customer Service team will work with you to choose a delivery date that works best for you
If your replacement mattress is not in stock, their delivery team will need to wait for it to come back into stock before Mattress Online can deliver it to you. Once they know when the stock will arrive, Mattress Online Customer Service team will be in touch with you to arrange a delivery date.

If you decide to end the contract after products have been delivered, you’ll need to return them to Mattress Man. You can bring the items to us at Old Stoke Road, Arminghall, Norwich, NR14 8SQ, between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, or we can arrange to collect them from you. If you’re cancelling your order, please ensure eligible items are returned or available for collection within 14 days of notifying Mattress Man of your cancellation.
Please ensure the items are securely packaged, and include your reference number and name with any returns. If the products aren’t looked after properly and are returned damaged or in worse condition, Mattress Man may reduce your refund to cover the loss in value.
Mattress Man will cover the cost of return or collection if the products are faulty, misdescribed, or if you’re ending the contract due to something Mattress Man have done wrong. In all other cases, including if you simply change your mind, you’ll be responsible for any return or collection costs.
Once they received the items, Mattress Man will inform you and arrange for a refund or exchange as appropriate. Please allow up to 14 days for any refund to be processed.
The maximum refund for delivery will be equivalent to our least expensive delivery option.
If you’re unable to arrange your own shipping for returns, Mattress Man can organise this on your behalf through their carriers.
Collections are available Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm, but drivers cannot call ahead or provide a specific time.
The cost of collection will vary depending on the size of the items and your location, so please contact Customer Services for more details.
Mattress Man is not responsible for missed or delayed collections or any associated costs.

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, Bedding Envy ask that you contact their sales team and return the item in its original packaging with the security seal unbroken within 60 days.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, Bedding Envy can offer a full refund within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. They simply require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty item with tracking number.
To return a damaged or faulty item is free of charge, please contact orders@beddingenvy.co.uk with your name, address & order number and their customer service team will generate a shipping label for you.
Once the item has been received and inspected by their customer care team, you will be notified that a refund has been issued and feel free to order the item again from our website.

Please contact Feather & Black via phone or email within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to request a refund or exchange. Unless your item is faulty, Feather & Black charge a collection fee of £49 and your item(s) must still be in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, any Handmade For You items cannot be returned or refunded due to their bespoke nature. For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned if the packaging has been removed unless it’s faulty.
Refunds will be processed once your item has been successfully collected, returned to the warehouse and checked.

Your item(s) will be collected by DPD from your house, or you can go to a local drop off shop. Unless your item is faulty, a return fee of £4.95 will be charged.

Bedding and accessories will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days by DPD. If it’s out of stock, it will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days of it arriving at our warehouse. You can find the estimated date it’s due in on the product page.

100 Night Comfort Guarantee
Feather & Black 100 Night Comfort Guarantee applies to all of their mattresses, including adjustable, made-to-measure, and ex-display mattresses. It does not apply to bed frames, divans, adjustable or ottoman bases.
If at any time between 30 and 100 nights from the day of delivery (or collection from store), you can inform them that your choice of mattress is proving uncomfortable, as long as you comply with the conditions set out on the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee page.
Feather & Black are unable to process an exchange earlier than 30 nights from the day of delivery, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to your new mattress and for the fillings to settle.
A collection and re-delivery charge of £65 will be applied to each exchange.

Recycling Service
Feather & Black appreciate that recycling your bed or mattress is not always an easy task, which is why we offer a fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly recycling service.
We will collect your old bed or mattress from your home when we deliver your new one and recycle it at the Dreams specialised bed and mattress recycling centre. Mattresses are disassembled and every part is utilised; springs are melted down, fibres are recycled, and foam can be cleaned to make carpet underlay.
